The Law of Attraction is an idea that has been talked about by many people for centuries.
It states that whatever you give your attention to, think about and focus on will manifest in the real world.
This means if you are negative all day long (thinking negatively), then things around you will start to bring negativity into your life too!

Generally, with manifestation, most people do physical things like a car or a house.
Physical things tend to be a lot easier to manifest compared to harder things such as love or happiness because it’s a lot more abstract.
But, to answer it shortly, yes it is definitely possible to manifest positivity.

In order to manifest positivity, you need a few things first.
1. Strong Intent, Focus and Purpose – How to Set an Intention for Manifestation
You need to start by finding out what your purpose is with your manifestation.
Is it to manifest more money? To have a better career? Or for your overall happiness?
Once you’ve decided on the purpose, then start thinking of what positivity means to you.
How will it make you feel? How will that change how others treat you or react towards you if they are around someone who is very persistent and positive?
2. Vividly Imagine And Visualize
After you’ve decided on the purpose and what positivity means to you, picture it and visualize it vividly.
Make sure you write down everything you just visualized in a manifestation journel.
3. You want to clear all doubts about the process of manifestation
Write down every single reason why you can’t manifest positivity.
If there are any doubts, clear them away by writing these reasons and putting them in your journal as well so that you have a list of all the negative thoughts about yourself or the process of manifestation.
This way, we can identify the limiting beliefs you have and start to change your mindset about them!
4. Reciting Affirmations
Affirmations are positive statements that you say to yourself.
They help reprogram your subconscious mind and change the way it thinks about a particular situation or thing.

Every morning, you should recite these affirmations before starting your day. You can also do it right after waking up and at night just before going to bed.

I understand that it can be hard to stay positive when manifesting. Since manifesting won’t work if we even have the slightest bit of doubt.
The goal is to have faith in the process.
Without faith, you won’t send out a strong signal to the universe. And if you don’t send out a strong signal, then the universe will not respond.

1. Develop A Morning Routine
A morning routine is a great way to start the day.
Write down your goals for today and then list all of the things you need to do in order to achieve these goals.
Then get started right away!
I like writing out my daily tasks because it helps me feel accomplished throughout the day – I love crossing off each task as I complete it!
To be honest with you, I am not a morning person so writing my to-do list the night before is crucial for me.
You can write your daily goals and tasks in an actual journal or keep them on your phone. Whatever works best for you but having something written down will help with accountability.
The more specific and clear you are, the more likely your goals and tasks will get completed.
I like to set my alarm for about an hour earlier than I need it so that I have enough time each day to complete everything on my list!
If waking up early is not something you want to do, then try going to bed 20 minutes earlier instead.
2. Stay Off Social Media!
Social media is a great way to interact with people you already know and keep up with current events, but social media can also be overwhelming.
It is extremely easy to get sucked into the lives of others – scrolling through page after page of highlights from other peoples’ trips or events that they have attended.
It’s definitely something worth thinking about when you are trying to manifest positive energy into your daily life.
When I am feeling anxious about a situation, my first instinct is usually to check social media. In previous years this was definitely something that would bring me down and make me feel worse!
It’s important to realize the importance of staying off social media when you need some time alone.
Social media is a great way to connect with friends and family, but it can also be distracting.
3. Avoid The News
The news is constantly talking about negative events that are happening throughout the world.
It’s important to stay up-to-date on current issues but watching or reading too much of it can definitely be overwhelming!
No one should have this kind of power over your emotions because they control what you think and how you feel!
You cannot allow other people to have this kind of control over you so try not to watch or read the news when it makes you feel anxious.
It’s important that we are aware of what is going on in our world but being constantly bombarded with negative information will do nothing for your life except bring you down!
Try tuning into the news only once a day or once every few days instead of watching it constantly.
You will be surprised at how much better you feel!
4. Consume Positive Content
When you consume positive content, it is usually in the form of articles or videos that are either funny, uplifting or educational.
Positive content can make us feel good about ourselves and others – this kind of media will definitely help put a smile on your face!
It doesn’t have to be anything big but try reading an inspiring quote or watching a funny skit.
Whatever positive content you choose, consuming it will make your day better!
5. Make Yourself a Priority
Life is super busy and it’s easy to forget about yourself.
So many of us are so wrapped up in other people that we don’t know what our own dreams or goals are anymore!
It is important to remember who you are as a person – keep your priorities straight and make time for the things you want to do.
Doing things for yourself will help you feel happier and more fulfilled.

If the task feels too big at first then break down the steps into smaller “chunks” so that each step is manageable.
Working towards accomplishing a goal each day will make you feel good about yourself and help motivate you to continue doing things that are positive!

Even if it feels like there’s nothing to smile about – take some time out of your day to look at something that makes you happy!
It might be a picture of your pet or an article about something that has been going well for you – whatever it is, try to find something positive and smile.
Smiling will make the people around you have a better day as well so start smiling today!
8. Practice Gratitude
A great way to shift your mood from negative to positive is by practicing gratitude.
Gratitude can be a difficult thing for some people but once you learn how it can make a big difference in your life!
There are so many things out there that we take for granted – try finding something small and thinking about all of the good things about it.
For example, you can be grateful for having a roof over your head or being able to eat meals every day – whatever makes you happy!
Take some time each night before bed to list out things that made you smile throughout the day and try looking at life from a more positive perspective!

What I like to do is visualize the best possible outcome for my day, even if it’s something small.
Instead of thinking about how your day might have been bad or what went wrong try to think about all the positive things that happened and how they made you a better person!
It helps put a smile on your face before going into slumber mode so give it a shot tonight!
10. Find Good In Others
One of the best ways to manifest positive energy is by finding good in others.
Everyone has something that they are good at – find it and compliment them on their talent!
It can be a simple as making someone smile or giving them an encouraging word but you never know how much positivity one small action can create for another person!

One of the biggest things that you need to do when trying to manifest positive energy is by acknowledging limiting beliefs and replacing them with positivity.

Small changes in the house can make all of the difference when it comes to how we feel about our surroundings!
If you find that there are always things out of place or just things that aren’t making you happy then try changing them up a bit and see what happens.
For example, if you are always feeling anxious when seeing your desk then try cleaning it up or putting something there that makes you happy.
The more we can do to improve our lives the better so create a positive environment for yourself and see how much good energy starts flowing!
Affirmations are a great way to start manifesting positive energy.
Basically, they are just statements that you make about yourself – whether it be something small or big!
Whenever I feel down in the dumps I always try doing some affirmations to turn my mood around, even if they aren’t true at first they eventually will become so keep at it!
For example, if you want to work out but feel like you can’t try saying “I am a healthy and fit person” over and over again until that statement becomes true.
